As one of the few suppliers of Rösle barbecues in the UK, we at HGC are proud to bring you this new line from a company with such an outstanding heritage. Their stylish design will compliment any garden and we hope you’ll soon find yourself enjoying your new barbecue in the summer sun.

The History of Rösle

Established in 1888, Rösle began manufacturing enamel kitchenware in 1903, before adopting stainless steel, tin-plated and then chrome-plated utensils into their range and creating their first rust-proof cutlery in the 1930s.

In the latter half of the 20th century, Rösle built on its reputation of quality and included new products made of 18/10 stainless steel, an alloy that proved the most compatible for Rösle products and is still used to this day.

Through the 1950’s to the 1980’s, the company experienced continued growth and turnover, and in 1993, they manufactured premium class stainless steel kitchen utensils bearing the Rösle logo for home use – to go with their existing professional catering range.

In the late 1990s, the company continued to innovate and produce new products, and by 2004, they had over 700 unique utensils on in their catalogue that aligned function and design in perfect harmony.

In 2012, the company created its line of barbecues and grills, finally bringing their prestigious history of immaculate quality to your garden.

The Barbecues

All the Rösle barbecues we offer have a kettle sphere of porcelain enamel-coated steel, finished in black, and stand on a robust frame of 1.4mm steel tubes, powder coated in silver. To compliment this design, the barbecues offer a number of innovations to improve the cooking experience.

A lid thermometer aids you in finding the ideal cooking temperature, while the inclusion of a ventilation system that can be precisely regulated, allows for better control of the grilling zone.

Ease of use is boosted by the inclusion of a detachable ash container that has handles for quick emptying, while the grill grating has handles and is foldable for easy cleaning and the refiling of charcoal.
