permanent building standards, with electrics, plumbing, computer wiring, heating, etc. installed if required.

This means you - and your co-workers - keep warm in winter and cool in summer, within a heavy duty, properly serviced, secure environment.

Even better, the modular design means that they can be extended and grow with your business (see example plans).

Planning

The ridge height has been designed to stay under four metres which means in most cases Planning permission is not necessary (although we always advise that you check with your local planning authority).

Durability

Subject to proper care and maintenance, Regal Garden Offices offer a minimum lifespan of 20 years and come with a 5-year structural warranty.
